Smooth, chocolatey blend

I picked up a bag of Good & Evil, when visiting Savannah, because of the literary reference. What an excellent blend. It's very smooth and chocolate forward without being too woodsy as some Indonesian beans can be. It's rich and complex when brewed warm, and bright and bold when brewed in the Japanese iced method (Chemex). My only complaint is that shipping is expensive making this more of a treat order and less of an everyday thing!
